Mambo Italiano continues a family tradition that has been passed down from generation to generation and originated in the "old country." The proprietors, Ronnie & Bella Mancuso have faithfully recreated the love, freshness and attention to detail in traditional Italian cooking and serve it up with "abbondanza" (abundance). All Mambo Italiano recipes have been passed down to the Mancusos from Bella's grandmother. The serving sizes are reminiscent of old-style family dinners where there was always enough to go around and you could have seconds. However, make sure you save room for dessert because Bella is a world-class pastry chef and you must try her cannolis and tiramisu!
