Our Managers & Staff Members

Our staff members have spent many years devoted to pursuing excellence in their field and have attained a certain level of expertise.

Through extensive training, certification and dedication, our staff has attained mastery in their field. Here are a few of Mambo Italiano's staff members:
Ronnie & Bella   (Proprietors)
Their combined family history is over 80 years of Italian restaurant experience. All of their recipes have been nurtured throughout those years since "Grandma" first started her restaurant in the 1940's. Ronnie and Bella have brought a true "Little Italy" experience to the Triangle.

All food is prepared fresh...from the bread to the desserts. Bella's accomplishments as a pastry chef for the past 20 years speak for itself. Her specialties include tiramisu, cannoli, and true Italian cheesecake made with ricotta cheese and italian grain.
